Wilkor offers Service Agreements to provide proactive, preventive services that include monitoring and certain casual services (such as system tuning or the installation and upgrades of selected software products). Service agreements often augment the client's operations by providing expert support in certain areas of systems and network management and operations. Wilkor works with the operations staff to design a cost-effective agreement that supplements operations with timely, expert services, thereby affording the most effective use of the client's operations staff. Clients with Service Agreements are charged a nominal fee per month for a basic level of service (established at the start of the agreement), with additional predetermined charges for Incident Responses or Service Projects beyond the scope of the Agreement. |
